We feel there needs to be a revolution against the current state of healthcare, and how to prioritize exercise and lifestyle to improve performance, longevity, quality of life, and more.

I've always loved my job. Helping individuals overcome barriers and improve their lives through movement is what I was meant to do. As I developed professionally and deepened my understanding of my practice, I realized the field of Physical Therapy is barely scratching the surface relative to its potential.
Physical Therapy is not about magic exercises to fix pain, it’s not one size fits all, and it’s not something you “try”.
Physical Therapy is creating a positive relationship with movement. Physical Therapy is individualized guidance, bridging the gap from where you are, to where you want to be. Physical Therapy is treating the person, not the diagnoses. Physical Therapy is improving fitness despite pain or limitation and refusing to be derailed. Physical Therapy is accountability, encouragement, and education.

A lot of golfers are leaving their potential and longevity on the table by ignoring their physical capacity as it relates to their golf swing. This sport is hard enough as it is, don’t let your fitness hold you back.

As a lifelong runner, I’ve personally experienced the benefits of cross-training when it comes to preventing injuries and improving running performance.
But don’t just take it from me, the benefits from strength training as it relates to runners are well documented, and runners around the world are supplementing their routines with rehabilitative and strength work.
If you take your running performance and longevity seriously, you absolutely need to strength train and build a level of resilience that running alone will not provide.
Rest assured, this can be accomplished efficiently and effectively with a custom program dedicated to your specific needs.

Being an Out-of-Network provider is a very intentional decision that allows Movement Revolution to deliver the high standard of care our patients expect and deserve.
• Decisions are made based on your best interest, not your insurance coverage.
• Allows for decreased overall patient volume, which leads to more comprehensive care (1-on-1 sessions, detailed guidance and home programs, improved access to your provider to address questions and concerns).
• The price you see is the price you pay - no surprise bills.
• Depending on your Out-of-Network benefits, your insurance company may actually reimburse you for your visits.
